You get a powerful charge of emotions - negative or positive - and you need to throw them out. Previously, I often drew from negative emotions, now my inspiration is more associated with some light or just interesting sensations, the main thing is that they be bright and deep. And anything can cause them: a trip, a dream come true, meeting new people, someone`s story, a parachute jump, even just a very interesting book or film that shook you to the core. And it was drawing that prompted me to study the psychology of self-knowledge and self-development. In the evening, in my free time, I like to read various interesting books, but most of all I prefer books on psychology in order to improve myself and learn many new things for myself.
